About
I’ve spent the last four years as a designer and project manager specializing in custom interior spaces, ranging from residential walk-in closets, media centers, and bars to commercial offices and staff break rooms. I’ve consistently been drawn to the intersection between the design of the built environment and its effects on the way we behave, experience and feel about the spaces we inhabit. This led me to a double major in Architectural Studies and Biopsychology at Tufts University (graduated 2021), where I also played varsity lacrosse, instilling a deep sense of appreciation for the success that can be achieved through teamwork and dedication.
In addition to my passion for curating a thoughtful experience through design, the dual nature of my work as a project manager has given me valuable experience in end-to-end project delivery from concept through execution. This involves handling everything from initial client consultation on-site through CAD design, contracts, vendor coordination, engineering review, to post-install assessment. Outside of client work, I draw, photograph, and make music; different lenses on the same questions of mood, rhythm, and atmosphere.
I have lived in Brooklyn, between Bushwick and East Williamsburg, since graduating from college. The creative and nightlife scenes here have an undeniable energy, unlike anywhere else, drawing people seeking physical connection to their individuality, spaces that serve as a link between the feeling of otherness and a desire for connection. I am constantly inspired and curious about the opportunities to contribute to its architectural landscape.
